There is no single official mid-2026 dataset that publishes villa-only prices for twelve micro-markets around Lake Como. This is why we built our estimates using a four-step triangulation process specific to the Lake Como villa market.

We also believe it is important to show our reasoning. It is one of the ways we make our work solid, transparent, and rigorous, just as you will see in our real estate pack about Lake Como.
